S.H Corinthians NPC was founded by Mlungisi Jack Msibi in 2012 . The vision is to empower the youth through the establishment of sustainable and impactful sporting and leadership programs that will foster a change within its members and the communities in which they operate in regardless of their ethnicity, race or nationality.
Objectives
• To provide life orientation skills to all players, as to allow for personal growth and development.
• To provide communication skills, to install qualities of being a good team player.
• To assist young people in their personal and social development so as to facilitate in their growth and self -actualization. To help them learn from their experiencees and cope with positive and critical feedback.
• To provide spiritual guidance to help recognize that Christ is the greatest revelation of God.
• To help young people gain a greater understanding and respect of their own traditions and those of others by engaging in programs that reflect the principle of equality, diversity and inter dependance.
• To implement programs in association with other organisations for the curbing of drug abuse and other social negative behaviour.
• To implement programs for the welfare of teenage mothers through the support in their continued education and the care of their children.
• Co-ordination with other community orientated organisations on development programs for young people.

- 2014: Kandala Iheme (Senio player) signed to Orlando Pirates
- 2015: 50 players (Three age groups)
- 2016: South Hills Super Cup Winners
- 2017: Club opens branches in Regentspark and City Deep
- 2018: Girls Soccer team established
- Corinthians receives Community award for combating gangsterism and substance abuse
- Corinthians established in Malawi and adopted in 6 neighboring communities
- 2019: Corinthians reaches 380 players including 2 girls team
- Corinthians registered as an NPO
- City Johannesburg awards the club an abandoned facility in La Rochelle to accommodate the large numbers
- Corinthians establishes its own league incorporating 14 teams (The Corinthians Super League)
- Corinthians partners with SAPS, SANCA and Church of the Nazarene to fight substance abuse and establish leadership/character development training
- 2020: Corinthians has 500+ players
- Corinthians outlines a 10 year plan and continues to branch out to various communities
